The 2019 Churchville Country Fair will be held on the 3rd weekend in August (17-18th) at Churchville Park on Park Road in Churchville, NY.

Schedule of events:

SATURDAY

10:00 AM parade/float contest (starts at Churchville Elementary and winds around Churchville village, ending at the fairgrounds)

11:00 AM-9:00 PM craft/food vendors, kids games, bounce houses

11:00 AM-8:30 PM Lion's auction

11:00 AM-4:00 PM kid's firefighter challenge course (Genesee Valley Antique Fire Apparatus Association)

11:30 AM-1:00 PM Gone Fishin' (fairgrounds)

11:30 AM and 2:30 PM hand pumper demonstration (Genesee Valley Antique Fire Apparatus Association)

12:00 PM-1:00 PM auto extraction by Churchville Fire Department (tractor pull area)

1:00 PM motorized pumping contest (Genesee Valley Antique Fire Apparatus Association)

1:30 PM-3:00 PM fire explorer competition (Genesee Valley Antique Fire Apparatus Association)

2:00 PM-4:00 PM Inside Out (entertainment tent)

1:00 PM-6:00 PM Garden Tractor Pulls

4:30 PM-until gone Lion's clams/potatoes dinner

5:00 PM-8:00 PM Ruby Shooz (entertainment tent)

9:15 (dusk) fireworks

SUNDAY

7:00 AM-10:00 AM Boy Scout Troop 133 pancake breakfast

10:00 AM-5:30 PM Outlaw Pulling Series Stock and Enhanced Tractor Pulling (admission/$10, <12 years/$5, <5/years free)

11:00 AM-5:00 PM Lion's auction

11:00 AM-5:00 PM craft/food vendors, kids games, bounce houses

12:00 PM-gone Lion's chicken barbecue dinner

12:00 PM-3:30 PM Johnny Bauer (entertainment tent)

4:45 PM PM raffle drawings totaling $6000.00 (raffle tickets available at the information booth and throughout the fairgrounds)
