| Description: | The 178th annual Orange County Fair features midway rides and games for all ages, concerts, Friday night fireworks, motorsports events, Lion & Tiger Show, Jungle Habitat Exotic Zoo, Lonestar Revue horse shows, a petting zoo, antique fire truck display, community exhibits, vendors and favorite fair food. Grandstand events include: ⢠Concerts by Manchester Orchestra with Badflower (July 16); AJR with Big Data (July 17); and Night Ranger & Vince Neil, the voice of Motley Crue (July 18) ⢠Dirt Track Racing (6:30 pm Sat., July 14; free with fair admission) ⢠Demolition Derby (5 pm Sun., July 15) ⢠Monster Truck Show (7 pm Fri., July 20 and Sat., July 21) Fair admission is $8 for adults, $5 for seniors ages 60 and older, $5 for children ages 7-12, and free for ages 6 and younger. Admission is only $1 (free for kids under 7) on Thurs., July 19. Middletown residents with ID receive free admission on Wed., July 18. Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36 inches or taller) are $25 except during daily specials: ⢠Thurs., July 12 - Free admission and rides from 4-5:30 pm. Rides are $1 each after 5:30 pm. ⢠Carload Night (Fri., July 13) - $50 per vehicle (up to 8 occupants) for admission and unlimited rides ⢠Two Buck Tuesday (July 17) - $2 admission and $2 per ride Ride tickets are also available for $1.50 each, $25 for 20 tickets, or $50 for 50 tickets plus 1 free ride. (Rides take 2 or more tickets each.) Pre-sale admission and unlimited ride combos are $20 online through July 11.
