Each year, on the first Saturday in May, Operation Northern Comfort holds its Crawfish Festival. This year will make the 11th annual Festival. The festival features Cajun food, including Crawfish (we sold 2500 pounds last year), shrimp, jambalaya, gumbo, red beans & rice, Crawfish bread and Beignets. Hot dogs, Salt Potatoes, Clams and Pulled Pork are also available, as are a variety of other festival fare.

Both adult and kids' beverages are available.
