Did you know? The taco is the world's most adaptable cuisine.

Join the American Cancer Society and The Southern Tier for the areas first taco festival.
The areas leading restaurants will come together to showcase taco creations in four different categories, with a winner crowned in each.

A celebrity panel of judges and attendees will choose who takes home top taco honors!

Other activities include:

-Taco sampling galore

-A taco eating contest

-Live entertainment from both a DJ and mariachi to keep the Cinco De Mayo spirity going all night long!

-Live tee shirt screen printing

-Beer sampling and cash bar
