Oswego, NY will host its third annual PorchFest on Sunday September 24, 2017 from 1-5PM in the Historic Districts of West/Franklin and Montcalm Parks. This is a family-friendly community building event where last year two thousand plus people enjoyed strolling through the historic neighborhoods and parks listening to a variety of music in an open-air setting.
Musicians, theater troupes and other artists donate their time and talent, performing in local parks and on the porches and yards of the area's generous hosts .
