From NYC's Multicultural Festival Website:

New York City is the most culturally diverse city in the world; it's home to the world. On May 30, 2015, from 12:00pm - 7:00pm, join us again for our annual spectacular festival celebrating our diverse cultural expressions at St. Nicholas Avenue between 141st. and 145th. Streets.

The planned multicultural explosion aspires to showcase the diverse cultures represented in NYC, while giving everyone the opportunity to learn more about the different food, music, dance, and art that give New York City its uniqueness.

Important nonprofit organizations will also be present to provide free health screenings, information on health insurance, education, jobs, immigration, safety, summer camp, and there will be toys for children and other give-aways for adults

NYC's Multicultural Festival-Celebrate Diversity Celebrate You Festival is organized by New York African Chorus Ensemble in collaboration with the Mayor's Office of Community Affairs; NYPD; Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer; Council Member Mark Levine; Community Board 9 and 12; Harlem & the Heights Historical Society, and Manhattan Borough North Precincts and Community Councils.
