Harvest Fest

The New York State Office of General Services Convention & Cultural Events Office invites you to apply to take part in the
annual Oktoberfest, Italia Fest and Harvest Fest at the Empire State Plaza. As part of the events, traditional music will be
playing, and event-inspired foods and beverages will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day. The load-in will
begin at 7:00 a.m. and end at 9:30 p.m. The Oktoberfest & the Italian Fest will be outdoors this year at the Base of The
Egg so please be advised that space is limited. These two events will coincide with the outdoor farmers market and the
summer lunchtime food vending program. In case of inclement weather, the outdoor events will take place indoors on the
South Concourse. A rain call will be made at 3:00 p.m. the day prior to the event. The Harvest Fest will take place on the
South Concourse and will coincide with the indoor winter farmers market.
Vendors offering packaged food products, crafted and commercial gift items are invited to apply to participate.
All vendor applications for these events that are submitted by the below listed deadlines will be considered. Sending an
application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
