Italian, Polish, Mexican, ice cream, french fries, sweet potatoes,
funnel cakes, hot dogs, hamburgers and more!
The West Islip Bicentennial supports various programs and events throughout West Islip.
These include, but are not limited to, West Islip High School Scholarships, Festival of Lights,
the West Islip Symphony Orchestra, Sagtikos Manor and food pantries at
Westminster United Presbyterian Church and Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church.
