The New York State Office of General Services Convention & Cultural Events Office invites you to take part in the annual Polish Dyngus Day event at the Empire State Plaza. This year's event will coincide with the Wednesday Winter Farmer's Market. The celebrations will take place on the Empire State Plaza's South Concourse between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
