The Basics
Saturday, January 16, 2010 (10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) in Heritage Hall, the Glens Falls Civic
Center’s 7,335 square foot multi-purpose banquet facility.
Pricing
$55 per 10’ x 10’ booth space, which includes (2) 8’ tables and (2) chairs. If you require a
double booth, we will try to accommodate your request on a space-available basis and an
additional fee. Price includes early set-up and booth space for the day of the craft show.
Please add $12 if your booth requires electricity (you supply electrical cords). For an
additional $10, we will add a link to your website from the Civic Center’s website.

Eligibility and Rules
◊ All items must be handmade by vendor. Manufactured or commercial items are not
eligible. Vendors may not sell items by artisans not present without prior written
approval.
◊ Vendors may set up Friday, January 15 from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m., or Saturday, January 16
from 7:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
◊ All booths must remain open for the duration of the show (i.e. no breaking down early).
Vendors in violation of this policy will not be invited back for subsequent shows.
◊ Food crafters (i.e. dip mixes, gourmet nuts, etc.) will be considered; sampling allowed.
Food vendors (i.e. hot dogs, lemonade, etc.) are not eligible.
◊ All vendors must collect and submit New York State sales tax. Tax ID numbers must be
displayed at all booths.
◊ Vendors are responsible for table coverings. Canopies are allowed if below 10’
clearance.
◊ No pets are allowed (Helper Dogs for the Disabled will be allowed).
◊ There will be refreshments and beverages for sale during lunch time at our snack bar in
Heritage Hall.
◊ The Civic Center reserves the right to limit the number of vendors in any given
category; in such cases, all monies will be returned to vendor. The right to reject any
application is at the sole discretion of the Civic Center.
◊ Please include either a photo of your display, your website address with your
application or email a collection of photos displaying to dscolnik@glensfallscc.com.
